Heath HP-23 C power supply

This is the power supply used on the HW-100, HW-101, the 
HW single banders, and the SB-100, SB-101, and SB-102 
transceivers.  It provides 12.6 V AC filament voltage, about 
800 Volts for the finals, and 275 V B+ for the rest of the rig, 
along with bias voltage.  The "C" version has a circuit breaker 
on the 120 V AC input, and uses a 3 conductor cord.  It is the 
latest of the HP-23 series.

This particular HP-23 C includes the "cage" cover for the 
supply that is missing on most of these supplies.  Cosmetically, 
it is in very nice shape.  Electrically, it functions fine, and 
produces no hum, which indicates that its capacitors are in 
good shape.  A copy of the Heath PS-23 manual is included.  
The  PS-23 is virtually identical to the HP-23 C.
