HW-100 VFO swap for the HW-101 version?

Hello,

Is this even possible? AFAI can tell, the differences between the HW100 and
101 are primarily just the filters, and the VFO module.

As I already have the filters on my 100, and the tuning mechanism slips
badly (but it IS stable when tuned) I was wondering if I could just throw in
an updated VFO from a 101?

Are there any other differences between the 100 and 101? The circuits look
almost identical
