SB-200 Power Supply

I had the same problem happen in my SB-220.  Meter was reading something like 800 volts. After some troubleshooting where I was expecting vented caps, or blown diodes, turns out one of the high megohm metering resistors changed value.  With the measured value, I calculated and confirmed the meter should read 800 volts with that value.  I bought some new resistors from Mouser.
