Heathkit part #443-92(MC9860P)

Would anyone on the list here,know where Heath part #443-92 which 
crosses over to
MC9860P a Decimal Decoder Driver could be purchased? I have found places 
that have them
but in large quantities, on order only. In my case it is a driver in a 
nixie tube multi meter.
