Heathkit GD-2196

Looking for information for the Heath-Kit GD-2196 Electronic furnace filter P/N GDA-2196-3. The dimensions are 16 x 25 x 1". Any information on the filter would be appreciated. The ion generator works okay, I need the filter. Thanks.
