Ron,

Sorry that I don't have one, but for clarity the IT-11 is a Capacitor
Tester.  I think that you meant IT-12. The IT-12 uses Heath part number
51-31 as does the T-4. The T-3 uses a transformer the same physical size and
CT primary as you described but I don't know the impedance and it carries
Heath part number 51-10.
