Off Topic Question for the group

I'm looking for Toroid core material that is a little out of the norm,
and in small quantities.
 
Here is what I'm looking for:
 
Round material in 50%-50% Nickel-Iron
Tape wound core
.001, or .002 mil stock
Gauss of 11,000 to 14,000
3.0 by 2.0 by 1.0 inches
 
My problems so far is finding a supplier who has a more or less an off
the shelf item without a $500, or a 25 piece min requirement.
 
Any suggestions ?
