Heathkit (Bell and Howell) 10D-203-31 oscilloscope

Hi,
I have this scope that I would like to get back into service but don't have
schematics to help me locate the problem. I noticed that someone emailed
them a few years ago and would like to see if it would be possible for me to
get a copy of them. I'm completely lost trying to fix it as I don't even
know what the normal power supply voltages are and there is no trace on the
scope. It was working a few months ago and I believe the problem is in the
horizonal sweep circuits but can't seem to find a bad component to cause the
problem. Thanks for your help.
