CW filter, what's it from?

I have a Heathkit 400 Hz CW filter 404-619 that I
found at a hamfest several years ago.  Unlike the
filter for the standard HW and SB series the center
freq is 3394.3 kHz. Could this be from the HW-5400? 
It's manufactured by Netcom.
