any information on CM 2045 welcome

Do you mean the CM-1045 meter? I have an original manual for that. Let me 
know and I will see if I can e-mail to you a photocopy of the two 
"operation" pages, or possibly just a paragraph on hook-up.

By the way, I would like to buy the meter, if you want to sell it.
