SB-200 Nameplate

Worse comes to worse you can make a pretty good
looking replacement using an inkjet printer and some
aluminum foil taped to a piece of paper.  Let the ink
get very dry and then put on a couple coats of clear
Krylon.  Then trim to the proper size.

Not "perfect", but will look pretty good.
