with exc. cosmo. the unit comes complete with original owners manual. This stand 
alone unit with provide a 100Khz calibration signal for all of the receivers 
in your radio room. It will generate signals at 100Khz spacing up to 54 Mhz 
and runs off a standard 9 volt battery.
