Ann, the terminology is "Dummy Load" and was manufactured as a Heathkit
"Cantenna" p/n HN-31 or HN-31A in the 1960's and 70's. The Heath Co is
no longer in this business.
Is anybody in Maine going to follow up on this? The Maine citzen will
surely give it away just to get it off her hands.
The amount of PCB ( 1 Gal) does not fall under the Fed regs and is not
considered a harzard.
