Since the IM-103 is an expanded-scale meter driven by a bridge circuit 
there's just a little more to the cal.  Set 'low' at 95V and 'high' at 
135V against a known standard, and repeat as necessary.

Experience with this instrument indicates that it doesn't hold a cal all 
that well over time and is also rather temperature sensitive.
