Oil-filled Capacitors

Hi Fred,

My town has an annual Haz Mat collection day at our local transfer station
(i.e. town dump). I have taken oil-filled caps, various types of batteries
and mercury vapor tubes. I had to explain about the tube having mercury in
them and then they put them with the old thermostats. They know about
oil-filled caps and PCBs and took them without any questions.

George
