DX100 front panel

Mike Shelton was doing that, but he has apparently shut down his business.
You might try emailing him at sheltonm at physics.unc.edu and see if he still
has any DX100 panels left anyway.

His web site (http://www.angelfire.com/nc/totalelectronics) says he is out
of business.
