HW-101 T/R Relay

I'm watching a HW-101 on ebay; needs work, and specifically needs new T/R (antenna changeover) relay, a Potter & Brumfield #KH-4076-1.
I might like to buy and restore this rig, but apparently the relay is pretty difficult to come by.
Anyone on list have or know where to get one? Have some idea how much I'd expect to pay?
I grew up as a novice with a radio engineer for an Elmer, and working on gear myself is one of  the stellar attractions of this old equipment...
