I have an HW2M heath HT in otherwise good condition,
however, if the battery is well charged, when I turn
it on, it locks up in transmit (when the batt is low,
it cycles in and out of transmit).  Any ideas?

I suspect that the internal coin cell is used up.
Also, how do I reset it after rfeplacing the cell?

 My local Ham Radio Outlet has suffered a brain drain
and the new kids only know how to sell new radios!
