[Heathkit] HO-10 Monitor Scope transformer

The HO-10 transformer was notorious for doing this! Some defect in the
design I'd imagine. The SB-610 was not nearly as bad about power
transformers going bad. Suspect they made some improvements?
If anyone see's an HO-10 or SB-610 or their associated panaramic adapters at
hamfests, make sure you get a trace on the screen or you can be assured the
power transformer is whacked out.
