HW-101 T/R Relay

there's enough junker 101 laying around here on the heath server that  
finding one should not be that big of a deal.

I saw that rig on ebay, but the price was getting up there enough  
that you could get one of the other ones on ebay, that work or at  
least had the relay.

which brings up a point:

why would someone remove one of the switching relays out of the rig  
to begin with?

seems kinda of odd to me
