NEED MANUAL/SCHEMATIC

Need the owner's manual or maybe just the schematic for the HEATHKIT 
GC-1406 digital clock.  -Another helpful bit of information would be 
the data-sheet for the main IC on the  board, P/N EA-7316C.  I would 
like to know if I can get the readout to read in 24 hour format, rather 
than the 12 hour format that is currently has running.-Thanks for your
