Need Calibration/User manual for IO-4510 scope

Greetings.

Just acquired a IO-4510 which I'm now in the process of cleaning up
and restoring. After slowly raising the AC voltage with the variac
over the course of about two hours, I got to the point where I
realized that although I do get a single trace I have no control over
it other then the horizontal position, which almost manages to get
the trace centered on screen even though its fully clockwise. None of
the vertical position controls seem to work. Also, the focus control
has to be set fully clockwise too in order to get the best possible
sharpness of the trace, so I'm guessing there might be a couple of
resistors off value in the focus divider. The previous owner only
provided me with the assembly manual, but I'm missing the
calibration/user manual which I will obviously need to calibrate the
unit once I get it fully operational.

Does anyone have a download source for this manual? I've checked the
usual places but no luck so far. If downloading it is not possible,
who would be a trusted source to buy the manual from?

BTW, if anyone has any restoration/upgrade tips on this particular
model scope, they would also be very welcomed.

Thanks.
