It's ID-4001 not IG.  I have the manual can borrow to copy and return if you
wish.

I checked the W7FG, Manual Man, and BAMA web pages but neither of them
list the manual for the Heathkit IG-4001 weather station manual. By
chance, does some one on this reflector have the manual for this
Heathkit that might be willing to part with it ?
