There is a very fine source of more recent Heathkit manuals at 
http://www.pestingers.net/KC8RP.htm  If you mean the ID-4001 they have 
several manuals for that unit.

I checked the W7FG, Manual Man, and BAMA web pages but neither of them
list the manual for the Heathkit IG-4001 weather station manual. By
chance, does some one on this reflector have the manual for this
Heathkit that might be willing to part with it ?
