SB-620 Parts Needed

I need to change the recently acquired SB-620 IF configuration to 455 KHz.  Needed are the three following items.  Check your junk boxes and spare parts lockers for these items.

Need 1 piece each:
PN 40-775 coil used as L3 oscillator coil
PN 40-590 coil used as L2 350 KHz trap
PN 45-33 peaking coil, 305 uH

Let me know how many $ required to obtain if you find such.

The present configuration is for the Heath IF of 3395 KHz should you need these parts.
