The HP-23 has a rated bias voltage of -130 volts with
no load and -100 volts with a 20 mA load. The SB-101
puts a load on the bias supply even when in receive.
Therefore, no problem!

* -130v Fixed Bias = -112v

Is the Fixed Bias voltage in an acceptable range or
should it be closer to -130v?
