Need parts

well, I bought another tube tester, an IT-21.  It is missing:
1. two of the black plastic switch "knobs"...for lack of another name.. 
the switches, ABCDEFGHIJKLMN.... M and N have no black plastic covers... 
I need two.

2.  Most of all, the guy said all I had to do is "restring the tube 
chart"...that it had come loose.... WRONG... it is missing one of the  
plastic tubes... I need the one on the bottom...  The top one is about 
2" diameter and 8 11/16th " long... I suspect the other one is the same 
size... but... who knows?  Anyone have the book?
