Zinc Chromate..

The group I have been working with restoring, maintaining, and flying a
WWII bomber use Zinc Chromate a lot. Our A&P (Airframe and Power Plant)
mechanic gets it for us. Try your local small air port to see if they
have an aircraft maintenance shop. Chances are they will have it. It is
the only primer that I am aware of to properly prime Aluminum for
painting.
