SB401 phenolic shaft coupling

Hi Tom,
Have had the same problem and could find no replacements.  Sooo I bought 
some phenolic spacers with 1/4 inch hole.  They are the right length.
Had to drill and tap for the set screws.  Works great.  I think the 
spacers came from Mouser.  Have plenty of them and will be glad to send 
you a couple for postage.
