HW 101 good late vintage clean and works great...except.......

I've been following your HW-101 testing because I also have one that 
needs some tune-up and is the last of a long line of SB-XXX rigs.

Shouldn't the _250V/300V_ switch (HP-23A,B) or jumper wire (HP-23) be in 
the _300V_ position?
