I am not a seasoned Heath Expert, but have a Late 50s/Early 60s vintage 
Massive HV power supply.  Probably Powered an Early Heath Full Gallon Amp  
(Iriqouis? maybe)
with a Metal Heathkit Emblem on the side of the steel chassis.  Choke Input, 
220 V,
Very Heavy, 3B-28 Rectifiers  (easily changed to solid state.
