Wanted - AR-15 manual

Doug,

There's not much that can compare with tantalum as a dielectric.  High Er and excellent high 
frequency characteristics (it's main feature).  I've mostly seen it used in .1 - 1uF bypass 
capacitors on DC busses.  What value do you need and what's it used in/for?
