1 Megohm Power Resistor Needed

Goodness, what in the devil would you want a 50 watt 1 Megohm resistor for! That would be over 7 kVrms for full power rating! Only 7 mA current in current so ..... lots of very fine wire - hard to conceive of a wirewound resistor with 1 Megohm impedance (that is a lot of very fine wire). Well, maybe not so strange!  Unusual, I guess.
