SB-640 parts needed too

As if the SB-110 project wasn't enough to keep my busy for weeks, I also am trying to build a SB-640 Remote VFO from scrap parts. I scored a cabinet and front panel on Ebay, and had a bezel and dial left over from other messes, but what I need is the chassis and Oscillator coil. The coil is only needed if someone wanted to use crystal control on freqs instead of VFO control, so that isn't a crisis. I have begun measuring and trying to figure out how to build a chassis from scrap aluminum, which is very tricky due to the LMO dial and mounting scheme. I have a metal brake and shear here at work I was so happy in talking them into buying, but even still, manufacturing a chassis with so many intricate bends is a task that would bring tears to a metal shop jobber! So, does anyone out there have a scrap chassis for a SB-640 and the coil?
