tube shields

Measured the outside of the shuields and the top of the tubes thru the top 
hole with the laser temperature gauge, the tube shields were painted inside 
and outside, as I said before, the temperature differential was minimal. 
Note that I am not a scientific Lab. only reporting to the reflector a 
personal experiment done to satisfy my curiosity. Regards.....Pat...Please
