More cheyenne questions

Since using tube transmitter are new to me, I am a bit unsure about using them with antenna's. I currently use a fan dipole and an antenna tuner with my solid state transceiver. Can I use this setup with the cheyenne? The manual states it has a pi network antenna coupler, does this mean I do not need the tuner?
