Yes. But these retrofit kits combine more modern capacitors 
having much higher capacitance with some other 
enhancements, and are essentially a "drop in" replacement 
for the entire below-decks works.

I have rebuilt a couple of HP-23s. I replace the diodes with 
modern ones, and the capacitors with modern caps of 
higher capacitance and smaller form-factor.
