IO-4510 scope restoration - knob realignment

Hi Again Alex,  OK so can not move the switch shaft. I should have known
that because I have a IO-4510.
I took a knob from my scope and went to my drill box ang used a drill that
I turned upside down that just fit into the plastic hole.  A little
pressure on the drill and ths insert pushed out. I thought that I might
need to use a hammer but not so.
