Hi Leo,

Yes, I managed to push out the bushings of two of the inner black
knobs from the Y2 V/CM input selector, and the TIME/CM selector in
pretty much the same way by carefully pushing with a torx
screwdriver. But those where the easy ones. I still need to remove
the bushing from the small black Y2 Position knob which is way off
(about 160 degrees) from the OFF marking, and the red Y1 variable
knob which is only marginally off. And those bushings really look
tough to remove by force, just alone to get a proper grip on them
won't be easy.

I got a suggestion of inserting a hot soldering iron tip into the
knobs hole and wait until the plastic of the knob softens enough to
be able to pull it off the bushing. Problem is that I don't have a
soldering iron with a tip thin enough to fit into the hole of the
smaller buttons. On the other hand, not sure how would I be able to
pull on the bushing once the plastic knob has softened a bit. As a
test I tried to tread a self tapping screw into the hole in order to
try and get a grip on the bushing, but the steel inset wont let me do
this and the screw always ends up slipping out of the hole.

Hmm, going to do some more thinking, but in the mean time keep the
suggestion coming. Thanks.
