need part for IM-4180

Does anyone have a part #442-623, OP AMP CA3130S which crosses to a 
NTE930 and an SK3568. Must be a metal case TO-5 style. There are lots 
of the DIP version out there and a few straight 3130's TO-5 case but 
hate to order just one IC (about $5), considering the cost of S&H 
which would more than double the cost.

Can anyone help me?
