Question for the experts at Heathkit about not so ancient Heathkit radio

Just had a most interesting conversation with a good friend of mine about a Heathkit radio he just picked up which has no model number or other identification. I racked my brains, looked up what info I had - all to no avail. So off to the list to see if anyone can throw a little wisdom our way.

First off this is a later model AM-FM table radio. Plastic, Heathkit green of course, about 10" wide by 4 inches deep and 5" high, slide rule dial, solid state (with both metal and plastic transistors, no sockets) and has a transformer(!!) power supply. Has a 3x5 speaker. The PC Board number is 85-284. No labels on the back or side or bottom or inside, no model number on the front other than saying Heathkit AM-FM. Covers regular AM and FM bands, no Conelrad markings. 

By the way, it worked right off the bat after a broken corner/trace was repaired. 

We are both curious so any info, pictures, year, etc would be appreciated.
