Heath Kit SB-101 Nylon bushing and follower question

Would anyone by chance have a Nylon Bushing and Follower for a SB-101.  It is a little nylon thing with a pointed end on it.  If anyone has had any success in fabricating one or found some sort of replacement for this.  Of even if you have a trashed SB-101 that has the part in it, I may be interested in purchasing that.

The part number is 266-74 and for the whole drive assembly it is 100-450.

ANY help would be greatly appreciated.
