OFF TOPIC QUESTION.

I still use an "AZL" converter for 2 meters with 417A's in the front end.
Converter feeds a Kenwood TS-830S. Better noise figure then my IC-7000 on
2 meter receive. Also have a 6 meter 417A preamp in the front end of my
Clegg Intercepter B receiver. Great tube.
