SB-104/HW-104 extender cards

I have the artwork for the sb104 extender board done, I just was never  
able to source a place for those connectors!

remember, on the "D" board, you only use three of the four sections,  
so that means you have to come up with a connector that can be removed  
easily (like the heathkit ones) and that's been the problem

#1:  Are there many folks out there that would like one?

#2:  If so, can one of you who is interested and who has a SB-104 (or,
I imagine, a HW-104) partner with me and provide me, on loan, a SB-104
board  - it doesn't have to work - just need the board for dimensions,
etc.
