PS part WANTED!!!

Hi, gang!

Anyone out there have a parts-car HP-1144 or IP-2715? Looks like both use
the same regulator PC board (or the same except for parts layout, anyway).

My IP-2715 Battery Eliminator has a shot regulator board and I need to
replace it. I've tried a bunch of things: new 2N3055, replaced the driver
transistor, new regulator chip, and the voltage still pins at about 17-18V.

If anyone has these, would you kindly let me know?
