WTD: Electrovoice 638 Microphone

Yes Kent,  It was kind of weird for the guy to tell me that, but it 
may have been due to the tendency of that mic to emphasize the highs 
more than the lows and my voice was lacking good lows. I do know that 
the Shure was better tailored to my voice. By the way, the element has 
been replaced now with a Heil HC-5 and that made an even better choice 
for me. Mics are very subjective.
