Hi Curtis,
The NTE equivalent for the UA703E is the NTE703A. I bought a couple of
these about three years ago from Ocean State Electronics. At that time
the price was $5.23 each. As I remember it took a couple of months
before I got them. They were for a Heath AR-19 receiver. I don't know
how well they work as substitutes because I have yet to get back to that
project!

Subject: Re: [HEATH-TEMPE] Need help for a component of AR 1500
I have an AR-29 that I built in 1970. The FM is weak and according to
simple tests the UA703E IC used in the IF amp section might be bad. Any
suggestions for where I can get this obsolete part? Tx. Curtis
Shively.
