DX-100 Modifications

I believe that you are correct in the MK-2 being the "Improved Keying" modification (which included the spotting switch). I have an original copy of the instruction sheet "somewhere" in my files and when I have time I'll verify this.

There may have been a kit to change the capacitors in the driver stage for better operation on the 10 meter band. I know that this was "written up" in QST as to the values and how to make the modification. It is debatable as to whether or not to make the changes because the drive level on 10 meters is not increased by that much.

What about MK-2? Was it the "Improved Keying for the DX-100?"

Were there others from Heathkit?
