The standard (non amplified base) version of the D-104 should work fine with both since they require a high impedance microphone. If you have one of the amplified bases make sure and turn down the gain control to prevent over-driving the audio input.
The amplified base versions will work with just about any rig that has a medium impedance (between 500 ohms and 600 ohms) up through those with high impedance inputs. You just have to adjust the gain control (located on the bottom of the base through a hole in the bottom cover) to make sure you do not over-drive the input.

Does anyone know if a D-104 mic's will work on a HW 22 or a HW 104. All input is greatly appreciated with suggestions on which mic's will be suitable for use in the above Model's mention. Thanks Gentlemen for replies. Your input will be most appreciated.
