AM and CW Prospects on 40 meter band

Thank you Dan - just to clarify, I think they will be out of all of  the 40m band.
Although the article I saw only said 7100 to 7200 kHz & I just passed it along! 

Lord knows there is PLENTY of unused spectrum on HF nowadays!
They should just open a lot more of it to amateur radio and to unlicensed 
private broadcasting.

Hams will see the band 7100-7200 FREE yet you left out 7200-7300?
Was that a typo???
